At JeetoPakistan.pk, we are committed to providing the best experience possible. However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our platform. All ticket sales and product purchases are final.
Returns Policy (Physical Items only)
Our return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer any exchanges. Note this applies to physical items
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)
In very limited circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (where applicable) under the following conditions:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records)
- Damaged or incomplete items not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Since our policy does not allow for refunds, we recommend carefully reviewing your purchase before completing the transaction. In the rare case where a refund might be considered (as detailed in the Partial Refunds section), we will process the request as follows:
Refund Process (If Applicable)
If a partial refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Please note that all sale items are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email address] and send your item to: [physical address].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (if applicable), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
